OUR BOOKING POLICY:
We strive to be as flexible as
possible, so you that you may enjoy
Salt Spring Island and your stay at
Island Farmhouse B&B to the fullest.
Booking Information:
* If you have special wants or
needs such as a specific dietary
requirements or allergies; pets to
bring; specific interest in having
the hot-tub or jetted bath; a wish
to feed the horses or chickens; or
if it is a special occasion such as
honeymoon, birthday or
anniversary etc. please let me know
and I will do my best to make your
stay meet your needs.
Baggage And Transportation:
* Bags may be stored at the
farmhouse until the afternoon ferry
service if needed.
* We can make arrangements for
you to be picked up as foot
passengers from the dock.
* The island is served by both
taxi and shuttle services from all 3
ferry docks with prior notice. The
taxi will take you to the door and
the shuttle to the main road and you
walk up the 3 blocks. The shuttle is
cheaper for one person, it's about
the same cost for two, and more
expensive than the taxi if you are
three or more people. The phone
number for the shuttle bus is 1 250
537-6758 and the taxi can be booked
at 1 250 537-3030.
Check-in Times:
* Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
or later by arrangement.
* Check out time is 11:00 am.

Reserve With Confidence: |
* A guaranteed deposit arranged by
Credit Card (Visa, MC or Diner Club)
in the amount of one night's room
rate or 25% of the stay, which ever
is greater, is required to confirm a
reservation.
* To avoid the forfeiture of the
deposit you must let us know of
cancellation or shortened stay no
later than 2 weeks before the booked
arrival time.
* Any cancellation less than 3 days
prior is subject to payment of total
booking charge. However, we will make
every effort to reimburse you by
attempting to re-book your
accommodation. If we are able to
do so, you will be reimbursed the total
amount less the deposit or a $35 administration fee whichever is
the greater. |

* There is a
2 day minimum stay/confirmation requirement
May- October, on long weekends, and holiday
periods. However, 1 day bookings may
be accepted with a $20 / room surcharge. |

book our bedrooms or stuite in
conjunction with each other. Please

about availability and do feel free

5912 so that we can do our best to
accommodate your needs.
Liability and Responsibility:
* In the unfortunate event that
you leave some of your possessions
behind when you leave please,
contact us at your earliest
opportunity and we will be happy to
make arrangements for the items to
be mailed or couriered to you COD.
* Unfortunately, it is not
possible for you to ride our horses,
but you can rent horses and go trail
riding up near Mount Maxwell. For

* This is a working farm with live
animals so please take care of
yourself, your family and children.
For your protection and safety,
please do not to open any gates to
the animal areas or enter the horse
paddocks.
