I'm Clare McDuff, owner and host of Island Farmhouse, and therapist at Island Farmhouse Health Studio.

I am committed to assisting my B&B guests in having the most wonderful stay with us on Salt Spring Island.

I aim to have my Health Studio client's receive my commitment to assist you on mental, physical, emotional relaxation so that you grow in health, healing and fitness.

Special 10% discount rates are also available for two or more Treatment sessions, and Winter Treatment packages.

At Island Farmhouse Health Studio, we offer you a comprehensive range of health and healing services: Massage and Energy Work, Bio-Energy Healing and Total Body Exercise coaching are available. We offer a range of health products that I have personally used and worked with for several years.

TREATMENTS:

MASSAGE & ENERGY WORK

We employ Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, and Energy Work techniques for relaxation, release of muscle tensions and pain. Treatments can also be in your home. By appointment.

BIO-ENERGY HEALING

A highly successful healing technique which works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Bio-energy Healing can assist you to increase your energy and alleviate pain and stress. Treatments can be given privately or in group sections.

As Bio-Energy Healing requires four consecutive sessions for total effectiveness, we offer a three-day stay at our B&B with daily Bio-Energy Healing as a healing retreat package.

TOTAL BODY EXERCISE COACHING

Personal training sessions will teach you small, effective movements for your whole body and it's specific needs. Enjoy overall flexibility, improved range of motion and strength building. I will help you to develop your own simple daily in-home exercise program.

An excellent instructional approach for the at-home or beginner exerciser or person with movement limitations.

Small group Total Body Exercise classes are also available.

Come for any number of sessions or treatments you choose: perhaps a pampering massage or coaching session in Total Body Exercise. But your health needs are greater, we can develop a personal health treatment plan for you using the specific healing treatment or group of treatments, best suited to your situation.
